At Exclusive-Hobbyshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with Belgian and European consumer law.

🔄 How to Return

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
